Having a business line recorded does not automatically authorize a company to conduct every regulated activity within it.
Check three layers
Review market-access rules, sector licences and ongoing operating conditions. Requirements may relate to capital, personnel, premises, equipment or professional certificates.
Registration is not a substitute for a licence
Enterprise registration records the intended activity. Where specialist law requires approval, the company should obtain it and satisfy the conditions before commencing that activity.
Prepare evidence and maintain compliance
Create a document list for each condition and identify who maintains it after licensing. Some conditions must remain satisfied throughout operation, not only on the filing date.
