An address is more than a line on the enterprise certificate. It affects registration, tax administration, licensing and official correspondence.
The address must be identifiable
Use a complete address that can be located within the administrative system. Confirm current ward and city information and avoid ambiguous floor or unit details.
Document the right to use the premises
Keep the lease, ownership evidence or other lawful-use documents. Regulated activities may require additional conditions relating to area, safety or facilities.
Check residential and future-change issues
Apartments designated solely for residential use are generally not appropriate as company offices. A later relocation may require updates with registration, tax, banking, licensing and counterparties.
